March 2024 marks 10 years in New York and I wanted to do something special. Something that reminds me of why I decided to spend most of my adult life here.
An Enemy of the People started its previews earlier this week and I was planning to catch it through its run, but it just felt like one of these “why wait” situations. I went blind outside of knowing the cast included Jeremy Strong, Michael Imperioli and Victoria Pedretti.
The whole experience felt surreal. The theater was the size of Bowery Ballroom with a small stage in the middle. As it started unfolding it was one of these things I couldn’t believe was happening before my eyes.
One of the most memorable experiences of the first 10 years. One of these nights that make me look forward to the next 10.
